Refund & Exchange

Once the item is received by our quality control department, it will undergo an inspection process to review the condition of your return; and if it's found defected by the company we will process your return acceptance and will notify you with an email of acceptance of your return. Meanwhile, you may select any other product in terms of exchanging the existing one; and we will process its delivery right after your return is accepted from our end.  This whole process of return and exchange will take at least 15 working days, we request our customers to bear with us.
